The Executive Team

Nicholas Durbridge, Chairman and CEO - oversees our Legal and Finance departments. These departments manage the issuing of all licence agreements and trademark registration programmes. All royalties are collected by our finance department and held in a client trust account until accounted for quarterly to our clients, less Copyrights' commission for its services.

Linda Pooley, Creative Director - heads up Creative Approvals. Linda has a wealth of experience in the industry and has worked with our partners on the development of over 500,000 different products. Linda also supervises the creation of style guides and design boards to assist in the licensing process.

Polly Emery, Brand and Marketing Director - oversees all marketing and PR which is developed in house and includes direct relationships with major retailers, advertising and promotions agencies, service providers and charities. Polly also oversees our international business working closely with our network of licensing agents around the world.

Rachel Clarke, UK Licensing Director - heads up sales across all categories in the UK including toys, games, apparel, food, home furnishings, gifts, apps and new media. Rachel also oversees retail development opportunities with our partners and supports them in their conversations at retail.

About Copyrights

Founded by Nicholas Durbridge and Linda Pooley in 1984, Copyrights was part of the Chorion Group of Companies between 2007 and 2011 when it was re-acquired by Nicholas and Linda.

In 1993 Copyrights won the prestigious Queen's Award for Export Achievement and has current licences in 17 countries.

In 2007 Nicholas and Linda were presented with an Honorary Achievement Award for their contribution to the licensing industry.
