Ravensburger to create preschool puzzle collection in the UK for new series, The Adventures of Paddington

Set to air on Nick Jr. from March 2020, CG-animated series, The Adventures of Paddington will introduce viewers to a younger Paddington as he writes letters to Aunt Lucy celebrating the new things he has discovered each day. The 52 x 11' series is a Heyday Films and STUDIOCANAL production in association with The Copyrights Group.  Actor, Ben Whishaw (Paddington 1 & 2 movies) reprises his role as the voice of the title character while hit-maker, Gary Barlow is behind the series' new theme song, "Paddington Bear". This new interpretation of Michael Bond's much-loved legacy is set to welcome a new generation of fans to the world of Paddington.

"Generations have enjoyed the stories of Paddington and The Adventures of Paddington offers pre-schoolers a wonderful gateway to make exciting new discoveries along with him, 'said Katy Fletcher, Head of Marketing and Product Development at Ravensburger. "Ravensburger has a longstanding relationship with The Copyrights Group and we are delighted to be on board with them for this license.  The inviting artistry of this beautifully animated series lends itself perfectly to be recreated as a collection of puzzles. Our range will include popular formats such as My First Floor Puzzle, 35 Piece Puzzle and 4 in a Box puzzles."

Rachel Clarke, SVP Licensing and Retail UK at The Copyrights Group said "I am delighted that Ravensburger are extending their partnership on Paddington with a brand new range of Paddington TV puzzles. We believe Paddington TV is a great new adventure for the brand and are pleased to be working with Ravensburger to bring their fabulous Paddington TV lines to the UK market."
