Accounting Services undertakes the prompt collection and auditing of royalties, handles currency conversion and tax issues associated with the remittance of royalties between different countries.

 

 

LEGAL

  • Copyrights' in-house legal team is lead by a qualified solicitor and is experienced in intellectual property matters, including trademark protection.
  • All licence terms are contained within a comprehensive contract document that fully protects the interests of both property owners and licensees. Matters covered within the licence agreement include the preservation of intellectual property rights, creative approval of all product, packaging, advertising and the supply of art and promotional materials.
  • Our legal department advises on any trademark protection and maintains trademarking programmes on behalf of many property owners.
  • The legal department also deals with infringements and other unauthorised use of intellectual property rights, which impact upon both licensees and property owners.
