Introduction
Written by Paddington Bear creator Michael Bond, and animated by Ivor Wood, who animated the Postman Pat TV series, The Herbs appear in 45 episodes over two series.
Produced in the late 1960s and 1970s the original The Herbs TV series quickly became a firm favourite of children in more than 35 countries featuring Parsley the Lion, Dill the Dog, Tarragon the Dragon, and a host of ‘herbidacious’ characters.
