Background
Spot first appeared in Eric Hill's award winning lift-the-flap book Where's Spot in 1980. In each story Spot, the inquisitive puppy, embarks on a small voyage of discovery, gently introducing children to the wider world. - ‘Spot has been around for a long time, but he never fails to deliver the bone! This offers the ever popular hide-and-seek formula with windows to open and flaps to peep beneath. There are some touchy feely hotspots to explore too – a rubbery tyre, some shiny balloons, a shimmery flower and more. All in all, it’s a sensory feast and beautifully illustrated in typical Spot style. Became an instant favourite.’
- The award-winning Fun With Spot website receives over 1.5 million hits per month.
