Fungus the Bogeyman™
Introduction
Fungus the Bogeyman was written by award-winning writer and illustrator Raymond Briggs, who also created The Snowman, and was first published by Hamish Hamilton in 1977. Fungus is one of the greatest anti-heroes ever created and he lives in Bogeydom, with his wife Mildew and his son Mould, as a hard working bogeyman. Fungus is a witty celebration of all that is disgusting and for more than 25 years has attracted a cult following of children, teenagers and adults.
